Water Street Barn House Concerts
are small, intimate events which allow the whole audience to be seated close to the performers. Because seating is limited, a reservation is highly recommended at .
Concerts usually feature a solo performer, a duo or small combo - with little or no amplification
The host will provide coffee, tea, water and a light snack/dessert.
There's a "snack fund" jar for those who wish to contribute toward refreshments.
The audience can bring their own beverages and snacks as well.
A typical show format is a 30-minute pre-show time for people to mingle and choose their seats.
The concert typically starts between
7 and 8 PM & the musicians
usually play two 40-minute sets
with a 10-minute break between sets.
Payment to the musicians is based on a “suggested donation” basis – usually $5–$20 that will be collected by the host at the break
(cash or check only ).
Performers keep the proceeds. may have merchandise for sale.
